उपलब्धि -वर्ष 1982 में इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से वाणिज्य में स्नातक
1985 में चरण सिंह विश्वविद्यालय के मेरठ कॉलेज से एलएलबी की डिग्री हासिल की।
राजस्थान के वर्तमान न्यायाधीश एम एम श्रीवास्तव एक्टिंग चीफ जस्टिस के रूप में कार्यरत हैं।

जम्मू कश्मीर हाई कौ सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेजियम ने की सिफारिस: पंकज मितल होंगे राजस्थान के हाईकोर्ट के नए मुख्य न्यायाधीश, राष्ट्रपति जारी करेंगे यह आदेश

Pankaj Mital is basically a judge of the Allahabad High Court.He was appointed as Additional Judge in Allahabad High Court on 7 July 2006 from advocate quota.He was made permanent after two years on 2 July 2008.According to seniority, his name was recommended by the collegium in December, 2020 as CJ of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court.He took oath as CJ in Jammu and Kashmir High Court on 4 January 2021.

जस्टिस पंकज मितल मूल रूप से इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के जज हैं।
उन्हें 7 जुलाई 2006 को अधिवक्ता कोटे से इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में अतिरिक्त जज के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था।
दो वर्ष बाद 2 जुलाई 2008 कोउन्हें स्थाई किया गया ।
वरिष्ठता के अनुसार कॉलेजियम ने दिंसबर, 2020 में उनके नाम की सिफारिस जम्मू कश्मीर और लद्दाख हाईकोर्ट के सीजे के तौर पर कीे।
इन्होने 4 जनवरी 2021 को जम्मू-कश्मीर हाई कोर्ट में सीजे के तौर पर शपथ ली।

These are the Provisions…..

Article 124(2) of the Constitution contains provisions regarding the appointment of judges of the Supreme Court. Accordingly, the judges of the Supreme Court are appointed by the President on the advice of the Supreme Court collegium.The Collegium consists of the Chief Justice of India and four senior Supreme Court judges.The same collegium also recommends the appointment of judges of the High Courts of the states along with the Supreme Court.They are appointed by the President after the recommendation of the Collegium.A judge of the Supreme Court is appointed by the President in consultation with the judges of the Supreme Court and the High Court.The consultation of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court i.e. Chief Justice of India is considered important in this appointment.

यह हैं प्रावधान

संविधान में अनुन्छेद 124 (2) में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजों की नियुक्ति के बारे में प्रावधान हैं। इसके मुुताबिक सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजों की नियुक्ति राष्ट्रपति द्वारा सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कॉलेजियम के परामर्श पर की जाती हैं।

कॉलेजियम में भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चार वरिष्ठ जज होते हैंे। यही कॉलेजियम सुप्रीम कोर्ट के साथ राज्यों के हाईकोर्ट के न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति की भी सिफारिस करता हैं। कॉलेजियम की सिफारिस के बाद राष्ट्रपति द्वारा इनकी नियुक्ति की जाती हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाईकोर्ट के न्यायाधीशों से परामर्श लेकर सर्वाेच्च न्यायालय के किसी न्यायाधीश की नियुक्ति राष्ट्रपति करते हैं। सर्वाेच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश यानी चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया का परामर्श इस नियुक्ति में अहम माना जाता हैं।

Rajasthan High Court

The Rajasthan High Court was established on August 29, 1949 under the Rajasthan High Court Ordinance, 1949. Circuit Bach-Jaipur. Division-Jodhpur. Method of election – President and Chief Justice of India or Governor of the state concerned. Tenure of Judge – Compulsory retirement till the age of 62 years. Number of posts- 50. Rajasthan was inaugurated by the first Rajpramukh – Swai Mansingh, later in 1956 after complete integration of Rajasthan it was shifted to Jodhpur with the recommendation of Satyanarayan Rao Committee. The first judge of Rajasthan was Kamalkanta Verma.

राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय

राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय की स्थापना 29 अगस्त, 1949 को राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय अध्यादेश, 1949 के तहत की गई थी।
सर्किट बेच-जयपुर।
खण्डपीठ-जोधपुर।
निर्वाचन पद्धति – राष्ट्रपति और भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश या संबधित राज्य के राज्यपाल।
न्यायाधीश का कार्यकाल- 62 वर्ष की आयु तक अनिवार्य सेवानिवृति।
पदों की संख्या- 50।
राजस्थान का प्रथम राजप्रमुख – सवाई मानसिंह द्वारा उद्धाघाटन किया गया था, बाद में 1956 में राजस्थान के पूर्ण एकीकरण के बाद इसे सत्यनारायण राव समिति की सिफारिश के साथ जोधपुर में स्थानांतरित किया गया था।
राजस्थान के पहले न्यायाधीश – कमलकान्त वर्मा थें।
